                 Key: HTTPCLIENT-1007
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HTTPCLIENT-1007
             Project: HttpComponents HttpClient
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: HttpClient
    Affects Versions: 4.0.3
         Environment: n/a/
            Reporter: Ryan Smith
             Fix For: 4.1 Alpha3, 4.1.0

When you implement your custom RedirectHander, there is no easy way to encode the new URL
being redirected to.

A public method to access the location string prior to the URI generation would be useful.
