This is what I thought when I read the wiki page.

Can I? Have I got enough privileges?

I can do this. I currently have all three items in one plugin, but the manifest might help
as it is. Or I split the things up. Will see.

Yes. I am using Eclipse Europa Fall (I think that is 3.3.1).
