I think the idea is to have a convenient means of iterating though header elements similar
to that Roland developed for headers

We already have a method that splits headers into an array of elements. (HeaderElement[] getElements())
I would be handy to have an iterator, which returns all header elements with the same name
present in the message. Consider the following example:

Set-Cookie: cookie1=value, cookie2=value, cookie3=value
Set-Cookie: cookie4=value, cookie5=value
Set-Cookie: cookie6=value

An implementation of HeaderElementIterator interface that returns all 6 cookies sequentially
would certainly be quite handy.

> As discussed for HTTPCORE-112, an interface and implementation for iterating over header
elements would be useful.
> The implementation can be put on top of the HeaderIterator introduced with HTTPCORE-120.
