Oleg Kalnichevski resolved HTTPCLIENT-648.

    Resolution: Won't Fix

This issue has been fixed in HttpClient 4.0. There 's a workaround for HttpClient 3.1 (see
HTTPCLIENT-634). 

Closing as WONTFIX.
