Now, would you object to 
(1) Making ConnectionReuseStrategy interface take a HttpContext as the second parameter instead
of HttpConnection? The underlying connection should always be set in the context, anyway.
(2) Moving HttpRequestRetryHandler interface and its default impl to HttpClient?
