Peter,
What we have is a rather simple proxy server mockup, which I think simply drops
the connection on unsuspecting HttpClient in case of DNS name resolution
failure, hence NoHttpResponseException thrown by HttpClient. This is not an
issue with HttpClient or the test code but rather with the mockup proxy
