Very simple. The default HTTP connection manager kindly hands out the same
connection every time HttpConnectionManager#getConnection is called. If called
by multiple threads multiple HttpMethod end up writing to the same
HttpConnection. No pipelining, just a classic race condition.

This makes me think SimpleHttpConnectionManager should have a volatile boolean
variable (inUse or something) that guards against this kind of situations
