Right. Chunked TE does not imply buffering.

As for the OutputStream thing: Because a method must be able to be repeated we
can not provide an OutputStream. If we did, we would also need a means to signal
the thread writing to the output stream when to start over. This is the reason
we require a (fresh) input stream from a request entity.
