httpMethod.abort needed

Hi Oleg,

This looks like the right way to handle abort.  I have a few suggestions:

 - HttpMethodBase should check the abort flag before executing just in case abort() was called
before 
the method had a connection.
 - A test case should be added for the above case.

Other than these items I think this one is ready to go.
