javadoc often has
without

           Summary: javadoc often has
without

           Product: Commons
           Version: 2.0 Final
          Platform: Other
               URL: http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/httpclient/apidocs/org
                    /apache/commons/httpclient/HttpMethodBase.html
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: HttpClient
        AssignedTo: commons-httpclient-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: g.hueller@gmx.at

Just to mention it:
there are a lot of javadoc comments that read like
false</ff> otherwise.
which prints the rest of the document in
can't give a complete list, it happens very often.
To check, just go to the bottom of a page and see if it appears in or
