Roland, that should not be a problem, as the cookie policy applies on per 
method basis.

You can instantiate any cookie spec of your liking and use it to parse cookie 
headers manually. 

Tastes differ, of course, but I personally do not see a lot value in having 
COOKIE_PARSING_ENABLED option. Again, it's just an opinion which may well be 
wrong.
