Hi,
The sample code you've posted will work every time because you are not reusing anything, it's
like 
running two completely separate programs since you're creating a new HttpClient each time.
 
You'll have to provide a test case that can exhibit the problem or at the very least the debug
log 
from the transactions.

Take a look at http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/httpclient/troubleshooting.html for things
to 
try and let us know what the results are.  Instructions for creating a debug log are at http://
jakarta.apache.org/commons/httpclient/logging.html

Also, don't forget that you can attach files to bugs as well which is usually easier to work
with than 
pasting snippets of code into the bug report.
