Yes, it is fixed with the latest alpha 3 release.  I tested it by putting my
tomcat instance on port 80 and removing all my references to ports in my .xml
and .propeties files.  It failed the first time, but after replacing the .jar
for Cactus, it worked fine.  Thanks!
