Cookie should be an Interface

Summary: Cookie should be an Interface
           Product: Commons
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: HttpClient
        AssignedTo: commons-httpclient-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: sfound@volantis.com

If the Cookie class was defined as an interface instead of as a concrete class,
it would become possible for a user to define their own Cookie implementation
for use with in HttpClient.

For example, an extended javax.servlet.http.Cookie object could be defined which
could be used within both HttpClient and HttpServletResponse.
