Olegolas,

all of those bugs are listed in bugzilla as targeted as *beta 1*.  That 
means that they are to be done *next* as opposed to *immeadiately*, 
*soon* or *later*.  Your idea of refactoring POST and PUT common 
functionality at the same time is excellent. Feel free to assign those 
bugs to yourself, add the list to the cc field and hack away.
