You are absolutely right. We currently lack convenience methods for cookie management. I am
planning to add those methods you suggested previously as well as a few methods which would
take a URL class as a parameter. The problem is that I am going home tomorrow and will be
away for two weeks. Is early January not too late?

I had a quick glance at the patch and the only thing that I think is a 
bit inconvenient is:
+    public synchronized Cookie[] getCookies(
+        String domain,
+        int port,
+        String path,
+        boolean secure
+    )

I guess that normally you have an URL which you would simply want to 
pass to getCookies() to retrieve the interesting cookies for you.

Is there such a convenience method or could you add one?
