I am using HBase 1.1 and Zookeeper 3.4.5 version.

Zookeeper quorum is made up of 3 nodes.

Can you provide more information ?



Release of hbase / zookeeper you're using How many nodes are there in
zookeeper quorum ?



Zookeeper glitch may lead to region assignment inconsistency but the
corrupted HFiles should be due to other reason (have you analyzed region
server log ?).
