How did you count the rows in the tables, using rowcounter ?

Very interesting. Are you able to figure which rows are missing? What version of HBase are
you using? How big is your table? What does the 2 Export and Import tools report? Is the ingestion
stopped while doing the export/import sequence? Can you reproduce that every time?
