I load it through table attribute.

Here is what I did...

htd.setValue("COPROCESSOR$1", path.toString() + "|" + RowCountTrunkEndpoint.
*class*.getCanonicalName() + "|" + Coprocessor.PRIORITY_USER);
Just found the reason... I forgot to add my jar to classpath...
