Changes include: * Chapter reorganization. Since the book grew organically new content k= ept getting added to the end, so now the conceptual material was pushed to = the front, perf/trouble in the middle and then the development at the end. * More Performance/Arch information in light of recent discussions (incl= uding EC2 and HDFS) * Other minor edits.
