Do you have check_meta.rb in 0.20.6 (I don't remember?  I think you
do).  Start with that?

Otherwise, here:

keys = wanted_table.getStartEndKeys

In 0.20.6 can you get HRegionInfos instead of start keys?  That'd be
more useful.  They would have the encoded name.
