Subject Re: ANN HBase 0.20.1 is available for download
Date Tue, 13 Oct 2009 04:01:50 GMT
I just tried running hbase 0.20.1 on hadoop 0.20.0 and it seems to work fine
(tried an upload). I tried connecting to hbase 0.20.0 cluster from an hbase
0.20.1 client. ZK seems fine. I can do a zk_dump using zk client (I did a
diff between what was in 0.20.0 hbase and 3.2.1 zk and there have been quiet
a few changes). There does seem to be an issue with 0.20.1 hbase connecting
to 0.20.0 at least in shell (missing method getRegionsAssignment([B)). Is
the latter a problem for you Ken?
