Its an INFO-level log.  How do you make out its an error?

HBase, like hdfs, hangs out in sortof-limbo for a little while around
startup.  During this time it deploys the catalog tables and does other
self-checks.  It then leaves safe mode after a short time to proceed with
deploy.
