My Hadoop -site configuration in Pseudo-Distributed Mode is: =20 =20 =20 =20 fs.default.name hdfs://127.0.0.1:9000 =20 mapred.job.tracker hdfs://127.0.0.1:9001 =20 dfs.name.dir /home/HadoopAdmin/hdfs/name =20 dfs.data.dir /home/HadoopAdmin/hdfs/data =20 dfs.replication 3 =20 =20 =20 Hadoop server is working fine but when I set my Hbase-site configuration in Pseudo-Distributed Operation as: =20 hbase.rootdir hdfs:// 127.0.0.1:9000/hbase The directory shared by region servers. =20 HBase master don't works. But if I leave the configuration empty then mater starts but it use local file system. =20 Please tell how should I configure my HBase so its master starts working and HBase also works on HDFS. =20 Thanks & Regards Aseem Puri Project Trainee Honeywell Technology Solutions Lab Bangalore =20 =20 ------_=_NextPart_001_01C9A61F.7554A347--
