there is also no hadoop-3 profile yet, until you create it :)

do all of the current dependencies listed in hbase-spark/pom.xml apply to both hadoop-2 and
hadoop-3? if so, great. if not, let's move some of them into a new hadoop-2 profile. can look
at other modules for examples.

i don't have specific suggestion because i haven't looked at it in detail
