Putting `thirdparty` before `shaded` let me get away with not changing the import order on
anything, which is why it was my preferred solution. Agree that it's kind of ugly, but would
prefer to alphabetize in a future commit?

`failOnViolation` is the only reason I ended up caring about this. :)
