The change is small but more discussion may be required. If we reach the consensus on that
cp users should not add the custom cell, the change (wrap put/delete) can be addressed in
this issue. 

bq.  May be we should try wrapping that Cell then 
yep. We can wrap the custom cell to be a ExtendedCell. Most methods in ExtendedCell are default
methods so wrapping the cell should be a small change also. :)

that we have some methods on Cell which should be deprecated for removal:
> * {{#getType()}}
> * {{#getTimestamp()}}
> * {{#getTag()}}
> * {{#getSequenceId()}}
> Let's make a pass over these (and maybe the rest) to make sure that there aren't others
which are either implementation details or methods returning now-private-marked classes.
