    Description: We drop superfluous cells in flushing, hence the TimeRange from snapshot
is inaccurate for the storefile. The side-effect is the extra cost - we need to extract the
timestamp from cell (ByteBufferCell).  (was: We drop superfluous cells in flushing, hence
