I am publishing the patch where the non-pooled chunks are covered by stong-map only when MSLAB
tells them to do so, and this based on whether this specific MSLAB is related to CompactingMemStore
that works with CellChunkMap. This looks to me like an optimal solution takes into consideration
everything. The patch is published here and on RB, please take a look and let me know what
do you think.
