The main aim here is to fix the ACID. The broken ACID in both of branch-1 and master are due to the lost active memstore so i think that there is no extra issue currently.

bq. I tried multiple times but I could not get the error. Will look into once again. 
It is vary weird. The [QA|https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-HBASE-Build/6722/artifact/patchprocess/patch-unit-hbase-server.txt] also get the error through the ut.patch.

I will run the UT in different environment. Thanks for your comments. [~ram_krish]
