In above lines we have
if ((e instanceof FileNotFoundException) ||
            (e.getCause() instanceof FileNotFoundException)) {
So here in new change as well, we need getCause() check?  Just asking. I did not check the
flow to see how the Exception stack will be possibly be.  Else looks ok.
