[~ram_krish]  Not log roll by too many WAL files, it is a memstore flush for too many WAL
files... I do not think it is a good idea to add one more WAL file when we already have too
many WAL files...

More wal files means we have more chance to force flush regions because of too many WAL files.
And the total dataset is the same, then more flush means smaller average flush size.
