I have attached an addendum patch here. Small change.
Ya seems that is the issue. We have branches named hbase-14850 and HBASE-14850.  Need to remove
the duplicated one. In linux box it is ok. In windows the duplicated branch name make things
ambiguous.

Not sure, why it has been disabled, by default. May be the code has not been tested well?
