I don't see where you say above why we need to write into the cell the chunkid it is associate
with? Why do we have to? The index will have the chunk to find a Cell in. The Cell will not
move, not unless we do a data merge. Then, a new index will be made to go with the new merged
chunk. This index will point to the new location. At what point do we ever have to write the
chunk id into the Cell? Thanks Ram.
