Vladimir Rodionov updated HBASE-16656:
--------------------------------------
    Description:
Default backup set name is "backup". If we do backup for a backup set "SomeSetName", by default,
backup id will be generated in a form:

 *SomeSetName_timestamp*.

User can override default behavior by providing backup prefix name in a command - line:

*-backup_prefix <prefix>*

The goal is to separate backup images between different sets and backup destinations.

The history command will be updated and the new command - merge will use this backup names
(prefixes)
