Haven't checked that. But some of the filter tests does not have @Test tag - so even if the
scenario is there may  be they don't run. I have raised a JIRA to add @Test tag for all the
tests.
I will check the patch and see if there could be a possible bug as far as I can see. +1 to
fix FilterList behaviour consistency in 1.3+.
