Subject [jira] [Commented] (HBASE-15970) Move Replication Peers into an HBase table too
Date Tue, 07 Jun 2016 04:42:20 GMT

Joseph commented on HBASE-15970:

I'm not super sure yet, but I feel like we would probably use another table. This one would
only be tracking the replication peers, so we would only be storing cluster-id's as rowkeys?
hbase:replication currently tracks queues.

> Move Replication Peers into an HBase table too

> Key: HBASE-15970
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-15970
> Project: HBase
> Issue Type: Sub-task
> Components: Replication

> Currently ReplicationQueuesHBaseTableImpl relies on ReplicationStateZkImpl to track information
about the available replication peers (used during claimQueues). We can also move this into
an HBase table instead of relying on ZooKeeper
