Restore from backup to a particular backupid with *overwrite* means that we want to restore
all the data from backup and replace *all* data in a table with that restored data. This is
how I understand semantics of *overwrite*? This is what usually called PIT (point-in-time)
restore. Am I right, [~jerryhe]?
