[~enis], [~devaraj], what do you think? I do not see better way to fix this issue. My opinion:
if one wants to restore table from backup - he(she) must accept the fact that the table must
be deleted/truncated to make restore possible. If one wants to roll restore back - he can
snapshot table in advance. If you see another way how can we overwrite existing data in a
table and handle deleted/updated rows w/o  table disabling/deletion, please advise.
