Sounds good [~anastas] What is the down side? The CellChunkMap is needed if we are to do offheap,
right. Is there a risk that CellChunkMap might not arrive? Could we get stuck in a state where
we could not, say, offheap the segment pipeline? This is my only concern. Otherwise, your
proposal of piecemealing this stuff sounds good to me.
