Ya on using the chunk from MSLAB for storing the meta data (2 ints)  am also not totally against
it.  Ya it has its own adv. On demand on heap byte[] if we used, ya if smaller cells, we will
have more such and so more meta data.  Also considering the fact that this compacted in memory
CellBlock may last some time, it is not really short lived object and in most chance get promoted
to old space also.  So on demand creation may cause more GC issues (Considering CMS here)..
So MSLAB chunk make all sense.. Only worry was large cells.  Ya let us test more here.
