Okie. I think then I misread it. But is it ok to reset the kv reference? The reference to
the cellblock area in RPC side BB can be changed with the new byte[]? If it is fine, then
reducing the object creation is fine. 
The description said 'clones the cell'. I thought of the deep cloning here.
