For Scan, readRequestsCount should be +1 on a next call or +N based on the #rows it return?
 Right now second is happening it looks.  Based on that need fix..  Ya better open another
issue and close this as invalid..  We need change the issue title and all description else.
 Can refer this jira

In such cases, Get for deleted record, Get for TTL expired record and Get for filtering out.
