I see.. am not sure how that will happen..  A get is also converted to Scan and in RegionScannerImp#next(List,
ScannerContext) I can see this count being incremented.  So ideally it should be same way
behaving for Get and Scan case

In such cases, Get for deleted record, Get for TTL expired record and Get for filtering out.
