bq. Default is use cellblock and in existing code it is true when connection == null. We need
to make it be false? (I think that is better).

Sure to changing it in 2.0. pb'ing each Cell is lowest common denominator.

bq. No fall back stuff. When Server not able to make a Codec instance what client says, will
throw Exception and we will close that connection.

Oh yeah. Thats right. Fail fast. Intentionally no fallback.
