I like it [~chenheng] What is the receipe you have for doing this? Point me at an example
and I'll make a patch for these tests.

I think the failure is probably environmental in this case... probably errant, concurrent
tests running on the box consuming resources but anything we can do to use less will make
it more likely we'll pass in these low-resource circumstances. Thanks.
