Please write a release note on what was changed. Include noting the gray area that was identified
by review and that we allowed in.  Thanks boss.

BTW, what do you call the Appy who works on "H"Base or "H"adoop?  "H"appy!

Since javadocs are automatically inherited from the interface class, we can remove these redundant
