Tests related to this command have run and passed in QA run.

org.apache.hadoop.hbase.client.replication.TestReplicationAdminWithClusters
Tests run: 9, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0, Time elapsed: 73.934 sec - in

org.apache.hadoop.hbase.client.replication.TestReplicationAdmin
Tests run: 15, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 1, Time elapsed: 137.423 sec - in

Locally also they all pass.
