So far once out of four today.
I saw this on the failed run:
{code}Tests run: 1398, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 9{code}

Good passing runs on the same set up pass with:
{code}Tests run: 1416, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 9{code}

So there were quite a few hanging tests on the failed run.
