Subject [jira] [Updated] (HBASE-14349) pre-commit zombie finder is overly broad
Date Wed, 07 Oct 2015 20:28:27 GMT

stack updated HBASE-14349:
--------------------------
    Attachment: 14349.txt

Patch that marks hbase test processes with innocuous '-Dhbase.test' as per Enis suggestion.
jps -v shows the jar name and args so can grep output for surefirebooter and -Dhbase.test.

test-patch.sh first KILLED any surefire found before we ran. Would explain some of the killed
tests I've been seeing... kills without exlpaination. Such a kill might have made sense when
we were only test on machine but that is no longer the case. Removed the kill.

Was going to commit this if local tests basically work... commit is only way to really try
it.
